offices and facilities are open Monday through Friday 7:30am until
4:00pm. Our Machine Shop and Assembly Shop operate with two shifts
covering 7:30am until 12:30 am. However, to meet the needs of
our customers, we offer 24/7 on-call service for all departments.

Our
employees are highly trained millwright craftsmen with vast knowledge
in all types of rotating equipment and critical fits.
Our
machine shop capabilities include lathes with swings up to 56"
and lengths up to 18', boring mills with 4" and 5" spindles, 48"
and 84" lathes, small mills, surface grinders and a Schenck balancing

Assembly and Welding Shops
Our
climate-controlled Assembly Shop provides all services involving
the disassembly and reassembly of equipment that comes into our
facility.
Our
outstanding employees routinely work on a variety of different
types of equipment including high speed compressors, reciprocating
compressors, vacuum pumps, gearboxes, large lift pumps, blowers,
turbines, gas expanders as well as practical equipment. Our service
includes quality disassembly and reassembly, failure analysis,
and premium reports designed to walk our customers through each
step of the process. Our reporting process to our customers provides
digital pictures that can be provided on CD-ROM at the end of
the job or throughout the job via email in order to allow customers
to make quick and informed decisions concerning their project.
In
all aspects of our Assembly Shop services, providing our customers
with quality work is our focus, and subsequently, the key to our
success.

COATINGS
SHOP SERVICES
Our
Coatings shop has a covered blasting area and an enclosed painting
area to provide service to our customers regardless of the varying
climate situations we experience in South Texas.
We
are experienced in all types of industrial coatings and applications
including but not limited to high quality paints, epoxy, elastimers
and fiberglass. One value added aspect to our coatings shop is
our ability to salvage expensive equipment that is heavily corroded
or eroded such as large pump casings or exchanger heads. Our expert
knowledge and ability allows us to use epoxy based coatings that
can often save or extend the life of this equipment for years,
thus providing a savings to our customers.

safety and environmental programs are designed specifically to
help prevent the problems concerning today's environmental issues.

WELDING
SHOP SERVICES
Our
Fabrication and Welding Shop has many years of service in the
repair of rotating equipment parts, pressure vessels, exchangers
as well as structure or pipe fabrication. Our experienced welders
are certified in such exotic metals as 316, 304, 904, and 2205
stainless steel, titanium, monel 400, inconel 600, hastelloy C-276
as well as carbon steels. Our shop is certified by the National
Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inpectors with an "R" stamp
for all repair work. We use various welding processes such as
TIG, MIG, heli-arc, stick and plasma cutting.

SERVICES
McGill
Maintenance Partnership, LTD. has been providing field services
to the chemical and energy industries for 39 years. All of our
field employees have been assessed through the Associated Builders
and Contractors Craft Assessment Process deeming them qualified
craftsmen in the millwright field.
Our
quality work and experience in all aspects of the process from
initial installation and major shutdown to daily preventive maintenance
work has branded McGill Maintenance Partnership, LTD. as a preferred
field services contractor for many of our clients including DOW
Chemical, BASF, Solutia and Equistar.
We
offer field alignment services with our employees utilizing laser
alignment equipment including Optilign, Optilign Plus and Rotolign.

TESTING SERVICES
 McGill Hose Testing, a division of McGill Maintenance
Partnership, Ltd., offers services in the area of hydrostatic
pressure testing of process hoses. Our focus is to offer a service
that will not only help companies maintain compliance with CFR
1910.119, but to also provide a service that assists them in the
way of safety, preventative maintenance and cost reductions.
