McGill Maintenance Partnership, LTD employs an average of 165 full-time employees working an average of 400,000 hours yearly.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace for our employees while providing our clients with a safe and quality workforce. Our written safety program is outlined into four topics:

(1) Preventative Program
(2) Safety Metrics
(3) Audit System
(4) Safety Training

Our written policies and procedures cover:

Substance Abuse
Orientation of new employees, foremen and supervisors
Disciplinary action for unsafe work practices
Incident reporting/accident investigation
Program for monitoring subcontractors
Safe Work permits for hazardous areas
Confined Space

We also provide our employees with training courses and annual updates in safety related issues such as Respirator Protection, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Hazcom, Hearing Conservation, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Scaffolding Safety and Assured Grounding.

Additionally, McGill Maintenance Partnership, LTD. provides craft training to our employees through the Associated Builders and Contractors ("ABC") Association Apprenticeship Program. This four-year program utilizes ABC's Wheels of Learning curriculum along with approved additional resources and is provided in cooperation with ABC and Brazosport College.
